Refund and Claim Policy

Claim Eligibility
- Claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery or expected delivery.
- Damage claims require parcel photos, packaging evidence, and invoice/value proof.
- Delay-only claims are reviewed per route SLA and force majeure conditions.
Review Process
FastX investigates with shipment scans, route logs, and hub records. Most cases are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Outcome
Approved refunds are processed to original payment source or account credit, depending on payment method and policy type.
How to Submit
Use the support portal or email claims@fastx.com.pk with tracking ID and claim details.
