Service Scope

FastX provides domestic shipping, tracking, and related logistics services across Pakistan. Service timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, route restrictions, or security events.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate sender and receiver details.
• Pack goods safely and declare fragile/hazard restrictions.
• Do not ship prohibited or illegal items.

Liability

FastX liability is limited to applicable law and the declared value policy. Consequential losses are not covered unless explicitly stated by contract.

Payments and Charges

Rates are based on origin, destination, service tier, parcel dimensions/weight, and surcharges when applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of FastX services after updates constitutes acceptance.
